Beneficiary Data Protection

We take special care to protect the data of vulnerable children and communities we serve. We obtain informed consent from parents/guardians, anonymize sensitive information in public materials, and ensure that beneficiary images and stories are shared with dignity and respect.

Third-Party Processors

We work with trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, email communications, and website hosting. All processors are contractually obligated to maintain the same level of data protection standards we uphold.

Data Breach Response

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we have procedures in place to assess the situation, contain the breach, notify affected individuals and relevant authorities within 72 hours, and implement measures to prevent future incidents.

International Data Transfers

When transferring data internationally, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, and binding corporate rules where applicable.
